Marriage Leave Benefit

Maternity & Paternity Benefits

All women employees of our company, can avail fully paid maternity leave up to 26 weeks. Several options for continued support for new mothers are extended to help them transition back into the professional track smoothly. Fathers provide critical support in childcare, especially in the first few days after the birth of a child and our paternity leave policy is for all new fathers to be by their families during this time.

Joining & Relocation Support

We provide extensive Joining Support for employees relocating over 60 km. This includes travel assistance, brokerage reimbursement, household goods and vehicle transportation, and initial accommodation at a company guest house or a nearby hotel. We also cover any pet relocation expenses, including additional rail or air fare.
