How did your journey with Dr. Reddy’s begin?

I began my journey in March-2011 as a Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) in Biologics

How would you describe your personal and professional development?

Both my personal and professional development from a Trainee to Head have been very satisfying. Professionally I have taken up many roles within Dr. Reddy's throughout my career and have learnt a lot and I am continuing my learning journey. Personally, working at Dr. Reddy's aligns with my purpose to work towards meeting unmet needs of the patients and all along my tenure I have had good fortune of working and getting inspired by our leaders who inspire and motivate me to take up newer challenges and think outside the box.

What is it about Dr. Reddy's that has made you stay here for so long?

Respect for individuals, an environment which helps one realize his/her purpose so that they can unleash their potential. Fair practices and transparency

What is the best career advice you have been given?

To be the change you wish to see in others.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

To respond not react to situations.  Think before your act. To be more kind to myself.

What decision has influenced your career the most?

My decision to give my best every day at work regardless of what is happening around me, staying focused, staying positive, seeking and getting mentored by senior leaders has influenced my career the most.

What has surprised you the most career-wise?

Resilience of teams and the magic that happens when teams come together to achieve a single goal. This is exemplified many a times at Dr. Reddy's as I am very proud to say we are a company of many "Firsts”.
