Leadership Development Programme ~ Management Trainee Rotational Programme



Purpose of Program

Dr. Reddy’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a rotational program aimed at recruiting recent graduates and developing them into future leaders for the organization. The program provides in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and training across three verticals within a department. The Management Trainees gain a holistic view of the North American organization.

Duration of Program

The program is 12 or 18 months, depending upon the department.

Target Audience

College: Seniors graduating with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.


Summer Internship Program

Purpose of Program

Dr. Reddy’s Internship Program is a robust, structured program that invites interns and their diversity into the organization. Interns offer their fresh and unique perspectives and are involved in projects aimed at solving the current business challenges. They participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, team-building exercises, and organizational initiatives. Internships enhance a company’s social strategy and presence by raising social visibility and public awareness through engaging in positive internship experiences. The well-rounded internship program with meaningful work helps to groom candidates and build a steady pipeline of qualified talent, which could turn into full-time employment through the Leadership Development Program.

Duration of Program

The first week of June till the third week of August.

College: Rising Seniors.
