How did your journey with Dr. Reddy's begin?

My journey with Dr. Reddy's began as a member of the 1st SMT (Self-Managed Teams) batch in one of our manufacturing plants in Baddi.

How would you describe your personal and professional development?

Roller coaster ride! The journey of these 17 amazing years has been an immensely enriching experience, filled with so many ups and downs, but very-very exciting and learning years. My transition from a college-going youngster to a professional in project management has been significant, thanks to both personal and professional trainings provided by my organization. This journey has greatly contributed to my personal growth.

What is it about Dr. Reddy's that has made you stay here for so long?

Opportunities for internal growth, supportive colleagues, senior stakeholders who encourage taking risks and opportunity to take up diverse roles. A work environment that is welcoming, collaborative and fosters innovation.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Don't hesitate to reach out your peers/seniors for help/guidance and for understanding different perspectives. You don't have to figure out everything by your own, because that's the beauty of being human- we can ease our life by experiences sharing & guidance from others.

What decision has influenced your career the most?

Taking up diverse roles through internal movements after successfully achieving milestones in each of the roles I played. I have moved from production to technology transfer group, to project management, to portfolio management while navigating new challenges, delivering results and continously learning.
