- Shape and execute digital transformation strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive impactful change.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into effective digital solutions and product concepts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital interventions that simplify processes and enhance agility.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions across assigned products, maintaining strategic alignment throughout.
- Drive innovation through ideation programs, proof of concepts, and blueprint creation to validate and accelerate digital adoption.
- Proactively identify risks and issues in product or project lifecycles, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models while optimizing performance metrics and productivity.
- Develop subject matter expertise, contribute to team success, and support project management activities to ensure seamless execution.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. MBA is preferred. Additional certification such as ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) is preferred.
