We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team leader for our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) department in Pydibimavaram, India. This key leadership role will drive process optimization, technology transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

• Lead and mentor a team of MSAT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve production efficiency
• Manage technology transfer projects from R&D to commercial manufacturing
• Analyze process data and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all MSAT activities
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in audits as needed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MSAT or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in process optimization and technology transfer
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Advanced data analysis and interpretation abilities
• Proficiency in technical writing and reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with FDA and EMA regulations
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally for technology transfer projects or regulatory meetings
