Description

1.The person must be well versed with P2P, OTC and R2R operations and should be able to drive the process KPI's and SLA's with outsourced partners.
2.Should be able to generate MIS with insights to the leadership.
3.Having working knowledge on Power BI is desirable 

Responsibilities

• Close monitoring of OTC operations - Guiding the outsourced team wherever required and ensure proper FEMA compliances are met.
• Liaising with AD banks and troubleshooting wherever required and ensure proper accounting of collection entries.
• Ensuring that there is no aged / pending export documentation lodging with the bank.
• Ensuring there are no aged BRC's and FIRC's pending for closure with the bankers.
• Close monitoring and guiding the R2R team on monthly and quarterly book closures.
• Validating the monthly BRS performed by the R2R team
• Working closely with the BU finance team and the R2R team during the month and quarter close and ensure there are no outside entries.
• Have a complete understanding of P2P activities, import payments and related compliances (IDPMS / EDPMS) GST and TDS laws etc.
• Have analytical bent of mind intuitive thinking and eye to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Should be Tech Savvy and also should have working knowledge on SAP.

Qualification

• CA/CMA with 6 - 7 years of experience or MBA Finance with 10-12 yrs of experience
