Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Scout to support our corporate function hiring, this role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, ensuring we have the right individuals to meet our business objectives in these key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, focusing on diverse and inclusive sourcing practices tailored to each hiring requirement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and positions specific details
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment to requirements
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies that resonate with talent availability for different roles.
• Stay informed on workforce market trends and competitive practices
• Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to enhance the hiring process.

• MBA with 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition mostly into Leadership hiring for marketing, sales, OTC, e-commerce functions.
• Knowledge about pharma industry with deep understanding of Pharma commercial / Sales business / and its various roles like Group Product Manager, Therapy Manager, Brand Manager, Medical Advisors ect. 
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, matrixed environment.
• Passionate about hiring; self-motivated with excellent execution skills.
• Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion in workplace which in turn helps drive sourcing strategy to attract diversity candidates.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and policies.
• Knowledge of external best practices - Talent Sourcing.
