Roles & Responsibilities

1. 1. Responsible to maintain the Discipline and  follow cGMP in shop floor
   2. Responsible for strict adherence to the standard operating procedure.
   3. Responsible for online documentation of batch records, logbooks and labeling.
   4. Responsible for carrying out the in process checks as per the instructions in the batch  
   5. Production record
   6. Responsible for executing the production targets for the module as per production schedule.
   7. Responsible for implementing the productivity improvement of the module
   8. To follow the Safety procedures, policies and maintenance procedures for efficient functioning of the machines.
   9. Responsible for operation and cleaning of machines as per the operating instructions and 
   10. cleaning procedure.
   11. Execution of the manufacturing process, equipment and instrument through MES.
   12. To implement the policies and procedures for efficient functioning of the machines
   13. Responsible for training of sub-ordinates and new joinees.
   14. Handling of production aids.
   15. Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping of manufacturing area.
   16. Completion of trainings online.
   17. Updation of Non conformity.
   18. Review of executed documents (BMR/eMBR).

Educational qualification: A Diploma/B.Sc.

Minimum work experience: 3 to 7 years of experience

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills
• Knowledge of Pas|X, Coating, and tablet compression.
• Knowledge and experience in OSD manufacturing and packing.
• Experience in Liquid and Semi-solid manufacturing and packing.
• Good understanding of GMP and good laboratories practices.
• Experience in granulation, blending and tablet inspection.

Behavioural skills
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
• Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers.
