• Microbiology area temperature monitoring.
• Management of culture media and Standard cultures.
• Calibration of Equipments such as Balance and pH meter.
• Ensuring instruments / equipment’s calibrations, qualifications and preventive maintenance by coordination with CFT’s and vendors.
• Sampling, analysis and release of water samples, swab samples etc.
• MLT analysis for microbiology samples received as per compendia methods.
• Perform environmental monitoring in production, ware house and microbiology lab releases of monitoring data.
• Preparation of trends based on water system and environmental monitoring data.
• Monitoring and management of the lab stock consumption.
• Ensuring GDP, GLP, GMP and Good Microbiology Practice compliance in the lab.
• Strictly adherence to the practices and procedures (STP’s, SOP’s, SHE standards etc.)
• Handling microbiology lab activities and ensure proper work flow within the lab based on priority assignments.
• Ensuring additional work completion allotted by superiors.
