- End to End responsibility for Payroll, Final settlements of employees.
- Actively work with HR, External agencies, payroll partner, other business partnersEnsure legal compliance with relevant Acts - Profession Tax, Income Tax, ESI, LWF etc.,
- Regular monitoring of statutory amendments and their effective implementation.
- Ensure that all statutory payments are made as per due dates and filing of returns.
- Periodic review and updation of SOPs, Company Policies and ensure execution.
- Identify the process gaps and effectively address in line with Company policiesRegular review of GL and Vendor Accounts and ensure keep the hygiene.
- Identify the areas for simplification, automation and closely work with technical team.
- Monitoring Employee query management and ensure appropriate redressal and ensure employee delight.
- Actively work with Internal, Statutory and SOX auditors and providing necessary data.
- Analytical review of all employee data and providing adequate insights for cost reduction.
- Preparation and circulation of periodic MIS and dash boards with key highlights.
- Closely work with business partners for financial book closure as per timelines.
- Actively engage with employees and educate them on the policies, tax changes etc.,
Mandatory Skills : Finance And Accounts, General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Reconciliation, Payroll Management
Educational qualification : ACA
Years of Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Additional/Alternate Qualification : CA-Inter or ICWA qualified candidates also accepted, a Law degree would be an added advantage
Expected Skills : Hardworking, Good communication skills, stake holder management, liasoning with statutory authorities, focus on qualitative deliverables and should be able walk the extra mile for timely delivery
About the Department
Finance
The Finance function at Dr. Reddy's goes beyond the traditional roles of monitoring costs, supervising accounting and creating reports. Deep into its digitalization transformation journey, the function works with all departments in the organization as a strategic partner and plays a major role in supporting management in its decision making.
The function is distributed globally and has business partnering teams allied to different business units as Controller and Planners. And, secondly distributed as multiple Centre of Excellence housed in Corporate office, such as treasury, Risk & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate Analytics, Investor Relations, GFRT and GBS.
