Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize Nitrosamines analytical methods for trace level quantification of nitrosamines and other impurities in drug substances and products.
2. Validate analytical methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
3. Plan, organize, and document scientific experiments according to quality standards.
4. Troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation issues.
5. Collaborate with project teams to support project deliverables.
6. Maintain GMP standards in testing and documentation.
7. Implement and maintain lean, efficient, and sustainable practices in the laboratory.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: PhD in a relevant technical field or a Master's degree with 15+ years of experience.
2. Technical Skills: Expertise in trace level quantification techniques such as LC-UV/FID, Ion Chromatography, LC-MS, GC-MS, and high-resolution mass spectrometry.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ICH guidelines, cGMP, and regulatory requirements for analytical testing.
4. Experience: Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical analytical methods, particularly for nitrosamines.
5. Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Should have experience in demonstration of Mass spectrometric principles and NDSRI method developments.

·       Should have Adequate skill sets in HRMS and TQD Method development for Nitrosamines

·       Should involve in NDSRI Method development activities for nitrosamines and NDSRI.

·       working with LCMS, A, and NodeJS, and specifically with AB Sciex model 5000. Should have detailed information about instrument handling or demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various mass spectrometry instruments

·       comprehensive approach for investigating product failures and recalls, admitting unfamiliarity with the complete process

·       Investigation for unknown peaks, OOS, OOT also
