- Create project plans with milestones and deliverables, in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Track and periodically update project progress in project management tools (MSP / S2L).
- In consultation with SCM, ensure availability of materials, and other pre-requisites at plant for New product executions..
- In consultation with site heads/ line leaders, ensure enough resources were allocated for timely completion of project milestones.
- Deliver the NP executions filings and WIP milestones for a given FY. Ability to prioritize / de-prioritize the product executions at plant basis the need. Co-ordinate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, regulatory, finance, business development, to meet the execution timelines and to achieve NP milestones for the give FY.
- Ensures project review are done, highlight challenges and seek support from VH / PMO Head for resolution and information percolation on time.
- Prompt tracking & reporting of project happenings to leaders & Stakeholders. Conduct weekly product reviews involving Vertical Head, site heads, quality leads, HPTs and key stakeholders to drive new product executions at at plant and delivering key decisions. For complex products, conduct workshops periodically to align moving parts to meet the project deliverables.
- Early warning signals to top management on slippages, prepare actions in the form of MoM and track CAPAs.
- Creates avenues to ensure regular communication with all stakeholders. Efficiently communicate the project status through available channels of communication (mail/ MS Teams/ Call/ LDM/ in person).
- Organize weekly, bi-weekly and monthly review meetings for ensuring alignment and execution of key identified activities.
- Proactively circulates the pre-read (updates/ analytics) to effectively utilize the discussion platforms such as plant MRM, QRM, Backend steercom, IPDO MRM, EU/ US CPM, Weekly reviews and other discussion forums; to achieve successful review and decision outcomes from Sr. Management.
- Ensure periodic review of Capex and procurement items, track the delivery timelines to meet the product milestones.
- Play an active role in the systematic improvement programs such as SDP/ OE diagnostics in INJ vertical to bring out the excellence in execution for new products (till filings) at plants.
- Ability to run New Product Governance Mechanism within INJ vertical and across the FTO7/ FTO9/ FTO11.
- Takes ownership for end results and outcomes, Continuously acquires new skills related to different aspects of project management and applies it to work.
Educational qualification: Post graduation in Science / Pharmacy preferably with an MBA and PMP certification
Minimum work experience: 10+ Years of experience in Pharma project management / New product filing & execution

Technical Skills
• Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Sterile value chain.
• In-depth knowledge of parenteral product development processes, including formulation development, scale-up, and technology transfer.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Sterile manufacturing and filing management (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project (MSP) for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
