Job Description

The Role:

You will be the Sherlock Holmes of consumer behavior, uncovering hidden patterns, unearthing insights, and translating them into strategies that leave an impact. If you’re someone who loves creating actionable roadmaps based on real data, collaborating with multiple teams, and crafting strategies that drive results, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

● Research Jedi: You’ll design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research projects that dive deep into consumer behavior, preferences, and pain points.

● Insight Generator: Your research will fuel the decision-making process. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights that provide a clear competitive advantage.

● Strategic Callouts: It’s all about spotting the bigger picture! You’ll pinpoint key insights and trends, helping guide our strategy with laser-sharp precision.

● Collaboration Superpower: Work hand-in-hand with creative teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver strategies that are based on data and real-world needs.

● Advocate for the patients: Bring the voice of the user into the room—ensuring our decisions are always grounded in real consumer experiences and needs.

 

What You'll Bring:

● 3-5 Years of Research Experience: Preferably in a research agency or a UX research setting. You’ve got a good mix of both qualitative and quantitative experience up your sleeve. Experience with mapping social conversations, digital research, ethnographic research.

● A Strategic Mind: You know how to analyze data and turn it into strategic business solutions. You can think big but never lose sight of the small, actionable details.

● Storytelling Skills: You can take complex research findings and turn them into compelling narratives that stakeholders can understand and act on.

● Curiosity & Passion: You’re always curious, never satisfied with just surface-level answers, and have an innate desire to dig deeper.

● Tech-Savviness: Familiar with modern research tools and platforms (like surveys, interviews, user testing, analytics platforms).
