Job Description: International HR Operations Process Lead
Position Title: International HR Operations Process Lead
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Reports To: Head HR Direct
We are seeking an experienced and proactive International HR Operations Process Lead to oversee the transition of HR processes to HR Direct and manage Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations across regions including North America (NAG), Europe (EUG), Asia-Pacific (AAA), and Emerging Markets (EM).
Position Overview:
The International HR Operations Process Lead will play a crucial role in leading the transition of HR processes to the HR Shared Services model and managing H2R operations across various international regions. This role demands a go-getter with strong people management skills, deep understanding of international HR practices, data privacy, and cultural sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Process Transition:
- Lead the transition of HR processes from regional teams to HR Shared Services, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Develop and implement transition plans, engage stakeholders, and drive change management strategies.
- Collaborate with regional HR leaders to integrate local practices into the global HR Service Delivery framework.
Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Operations Management –
Provide operational support in the smooth delivery of HR shared services to the various business entities and facilitate geographical alignment of HR processes. Manage the day-to-day work of the People Operations team, performing operational duties required to keep the process running consistently
Partner with internal HR teams, Payroll, Recruiting, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines
Provide high quality, consistent HR guidance, support and resolution to managers and employees with focus on employee-centric service
Plan and prioritize workload to ensure key HR business processes have the resource to provide the agreed service levels
- Operational Performance Management:
- Review and evaluate operational performance through metrics and feedback; ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate performance and improvements with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.
- Cultural Sensitivity and Compliance:
- Navigate cultural nuances and adhere to local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Develop strategies to address regional differences and promote inclusivity.
- Data Privacy and Security:
- Ensure compliance with international data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Implement and oversee measures to protect sensitive employee information.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for regional HR teams and stakeholders during transitions and operations.
- Build strong relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Leadership and People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals involved in H2R operations and process transitions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with expertise in international HR services and process management.
- Proven track record in managing H2R operations across multiple regions with an understanding of regional regulations and cultural nuances.
- Expertise in data privacy and security practices.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible with shift timings
