Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Formulation Scientist in Product ideation team for New Product ideation, successful product introduction & development by Collaborating across Portfolio, Marketing, Medical affairs & Research & Development (R&D) team to create an innovative advantage for the organization. Also to build scientific capability as a part of product delivery and organization by creating an innovative pipeline of Technology based on high value products to meet the growth objectives of Brazil and India market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to drive the new product selection. Create a comprehensive plan with clear objectives and targets for the technical diligence process, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and trust-building. Encourage cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, adhere to regulatory standards, and monitor progress closely to ensure timely delivery of the product and continuously improving the process.
• You will be responsible to coordinate with cross-functional teams for Technical Diligence discussions and closure activities, including Pre Apex, Apex, and Post Apex stages, while ensuring timely sign-off for Medical & Marketing Target Product Profile (TPP) in India and emerging markets. Drive action points with various teams for timely closure of the activities to facilitate a smooth product introduction.
• You will be responsible for new Product Ideation and Selection of Differentiated product Concepts. Also review & provide Technical Inputs for Minimum 25-30 Concepts/ Year.
• You will be responsible for supporting & ensuring the 45-50 New Product Introductions into Development for India & emerging markets.
• You will be responsible for Technical Diligence Review for business development assets for emerging markets
• You will be responsible for providing immediate support on need basis for addressing the Organization priorities such as Flywheel/ European standards of Harmonisation/ Global Manufacturing Process Robustness/ Oncology Portfolio Support for India.
• You will be responsible for providing expert formulation knowledge considering the consumer insights, product understandings in design and delivering the consumer delighted products with better business gross margins.
• You will be responsible for Regulatory and Compliance support and drafting technical justification responses to the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) sections of product development queries/deficiencies notified by regulatory agencies.
• You will responsible to drive & manage the external collaboration projects with academic / Contract Research Organisation (CRO) for Early Proof of Concept (PoC) Activities.
• You will be responsible for knowledge sharing and providing guidance, including technical, to team members to develop formulation capabilities within teams. 

Educational qualification: M.Pharma/ M.Tech/MS in Pharmaceutical

Minimum work experience: 6-8 years of Experience

Skills & attributes: 
Technical Skills

• Experience in Formulations & Development, Integrated Drug development
• Experience in the Product development process in Research & Development, Regulatory & Compliance
• Understanding of Different Markets (India & Brazil) 
• Understanding of Regulatory & Compliance requirement across geography (For Global Products).
• Experience in Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacokinetics and Documentation
• Understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) laws and patents.
