• Drive the LE discussion with Marketing during the forecasting cycle in Kinaxis.
• Review system generated statistical forecast, evaluate weekly/monthly sales patterns, discuss with sales team and finalize next 12 months forecast for all SKUs in Kinaxis.
• Ensure Sales OTIF levels by understanding/predicting demand and ensuring timely availability of stocks as per expected orders at CFAs.
• Master and Transactional data management in Kinaxis & SAP for Demand Planning and distribution.
• NRP Generation for externally mfg. products and releasing plan to sourcing for procurement for all markets.
• Follow up with sourcing team for products schedules (FG/API/RM/PM) from external and internal sites.
• Updating schedules received from scouring in Kx for LE estimations and S&OP meetings.
• Driving change management by following up with all stake holders.

• Back-end coordination with planning /Sourcing :

• Clearly communicate market requirements to supply planner, understand production plan and ensure optimum stocks to service all expected orders.
• Ensure minimum back orders
• Understand technical challenges of product manufacturability (if any) and participate in resolving issues and ensure supplies
• Continuous coordination with GEM team on batch execution, release, push & pull of requirements & PO’s against the plan. Batch level follow up is required since execution.
• Follow up with QA team on batch releases or any change control/deviation approvals.

• Data Hygiene :

• Master data correction and coordinate with central planning for accurate generation in Kinaxis plan and FG movements in SAP.
• Master data correction for RM/PM/API for accurate calculation of material.

• Product life cycle management:

• Understand mega brands current trend, position in the market, line extensions and requirements flow to back end and coordinate with CFTs for timely implementation.
• Close coordination with PD/RA on artwork change overs and providing implementation timelines basis production plan.
• Approval of change controls, BOM in lotus and material extension in MDG.
• Keep track of SEP license Qts and close co-ordination with GEM team for ensuring new licenses if required.

• Logistics Planning:

• Coordinate with Logistics team and ensure smoothing functioning of the distribution tool for timely availability of stocks at CFAs.
• Determine the modes of logistics (Air / FTL/ Surface) and ensure the product are dispatched as per that mode only in order to maximize freight savings without impacting availability
• Need to follow up with logistics till dispatch of batches and provide visibility along with DP team.

• Inventory Management:

• Ensure inventory of Finished goods at GDC & CFAs are as per the norms
• Review buffer (Target stock level) at various supply chain nodes & transit times, maintain the same into SAP system.
• Providing full kitting report to sourcing and provide the visibility of shortfall deliveries.
• Providing consumption reports to inventory/Sourcing team basis their request and make consumption plan to avoid COPE and push sourcing on delivery if required
• Raising write off for expired/obsolete material with justification and follow up with management on approval.
• Liquidation of non moving material by stock transfer or raising write off if SKU is discontinued and checking the possibility with sourcing/finance for liquidation

• Special Projects:

• Timely implementation of regulatory changes such as Artwork revision as per new D&C act, NLEM implementation. Evaluate Institution orders/ forecasting process for serviceability.

MBA preferably from Tier-1 / 2 B schools

Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Skills:

Planning Know-how - ERP (Kinaxis), MS Office, SAP R/3 (MM, PP&SD ) & understanding of Supply Chain concepts
