1. Responsibilities

• To carry out the production activities as per specifications.
• To ensure the preventive maintenance and AMC of compression machine.
• To solve the machine breakdown related problems.
• To ensure the compliance of daily activities like balance calibration, IPQC instruments calibration, temperature and humidity record.
• To operate the machine and cleaning of compression machine and related equipments/ instruments as per standard operating procedure.
• To perform online SAP posting, filling of compression area BMR and log books.
• To meet the productivity in shift.
• Day to day monitoring of GMP compliance in manufacturing sections.
• To maintain own training record in LMS.
• Ensure issuance and retrieval of SOPs, Gum pads, BPRs and all GMP document in production department.
• Preparation of daily disinfectant solution, detergent solutions and drain sanitizers as per requirement & record in log book.
• Ensure Scrap management/ disposal timely out from process area.
• Ensure procedure to be follow in work place.
• Responsible for reviewing BMR’s on daily basis.
• To coordinate and support manufacturing department for the equipment qualification activity, change part procuring, trial and process validation along with MSAT, QA & ENG Dept.
• To perform the line clearance as per call out procedure.
• Responsible for arrangements of production area change parts.
• To perform the punch inspection, issuance, retrieval and rejection as per SOP.
• To check the machine performance and preventive maintenance schedule of machines in compression area.
• To ensure GMP, GDP and safety compliance at shop floor.
• Responsible for ensuring online completion, submission and reviewing of documents.
• Handling of change control system.
• To investigate OOS, OOT and incidents.
