1. Perform Equipment selection/ sizing and Utility calculations
2. Preparation of Process engineering package such as Material and Energy balance etc.
3. Preparation of P&ID
4. Implement Productivity Improvement Programs and systems (equipment, Methods and Procedures) for Optimum utilization of Equipment & workforce.
5. New facility creation and modification in the existing facility for the new products and Existing Products.
6. Perform Process Engineering, Technology absorption, Scale up, Validations for New products & Trouble shooting in Commercial Products.
7. Complete Trial & Validation with in timeline.
8. Preparation of PSM documents like PHA, PSI and PSSR etc.           
9. SAP: BOM preparation, uploading and coordination with Supply Chain for availability of Raw /Packing for smooth and successful Product Transfer within timeline.
10. Documentation: Preparation of Batch Production Records, Trial reports, Process Validation Protocols, Reports and seek approvals from the QA authorities.
11. Coordinate with the cross functional team for mapping/modification of the facility and scheduling the batches.
12. Ensuring cGMP compliance in all works carried out.

Experience: 2-6 Years

Skills Required:

Should have knowledge on Process calculations, scale-up calculations, Energy balance calculations.

Should have knowledge on process engineering and required calculations.

Should possess investigation skills for root of failure identification assigning required CAPA.
Should have adequate knowledge on process safety and required calculations. Able to handle hazardous chemicals.
