Responsible for management of all Utility generation and ensure continuous availability of Utility services to Production Plants as per specifications.

1.2 Ensuring PM schedule adherence and analyzing the effectiveness of the same.

1.3 CAPA for breakdowns to be ensured and horizontal implementation of the same across the plant to be done.

1.4 Planning for predictive and shutdown maintenance of equipment’s / Condition monitoring, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

1.5 Preparation, reviewing, implementation of all the Quality related documents, SOP, cGMP and various statutory requirements related to Engineering department.

1.6 Plan and organize to carry out the jobs as per the statutory requirement and to maintain relevant records as required by the authorities.

1.7 To ensure efficient energy consumption for production of Utility services & maintains records of the same.

1.8 Monthly reporting of Co-Gen Power generation, cost and services analysis.

1.9 Responsibility for maintaining cost of Utility generation at par with bench marks.

1.10 Adherence to the safety practices and ensuring safe work place for operation and maintenance of the Utility services.

1.11 Utility facelift: Maintaining the good housekeeping & Training and development of subordinates for safe, optimum & quality production output.

1.12 Maintaining the minimum spares inventory of spares to meet the day-to-day maintenance in Mechanical.

1.13 Compliance to the safety norms & standards as laid by the SHE department.

1.14 Implementation of energy conservation projects/recommendations.

1.15 Ensure the closing work orders and quality notifications through SAP.

1.16 To undertake any other job as may be assigned by the concerned HOD.
