Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Scout to support our hiring, this role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, ensuring we have the right individuals to meet our business objectives in these key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies focusing on building a strong talent pipeline for highly niche domains spread across discovery, early development, clinical development, CGT, Antibody Engineering, and other areas.
• Identify and implement innovative hiring techniques, competitive intelligence, research, and talent mapping to develop diverse talent pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and positions specific details.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment to requirements.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies that resonate with talent availability for different roles.
• Stay informed on workforce market trends and competitive practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to enhance the hiring process.

• Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. With 3+ years of experience
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on discovery, early development, clinical development  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
