Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven People Partner who will strive to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute the organizational agenda and people plans with the ultimate goal to achieve business results and employee experiences.

Rapidly build's relationships can synthesize business priorities and are a catalyst to identify and deliver people programs to support these priorities. 

With support from the cross functional teams, identify and execute people programs encompassing performance and talent management, organizational development and change, workforce and compensation planning, employee engagement and retention, and end-to-end employee experiences.

Acquainted working with data and people metrics to deliver deep talent insights that support business decisions. 

Will be the change advocate for the rollout of people initiatives, ensuring business adoption and engagement. 

Responsibilities

1.1 Ensure the compliance with corporate policies (Quality, Safety, COBE, SA8000 etc..)

1.2  Ensure adherence to Quality Policy, GMP and SHE policies

1.3  To facilitate manpower planning and budgeting.

1.4 To facilitate reward and recognition program in the unit.

1.5  Employee Relations (Grievance handling pertaining to all Employee benefits)

1.6 Ensure the organizational communications on Excellence drives, Vision, Culture, Values, etc, reach all the employees.

1.7   Responsible for employee life cycle management at the site.

1.8 Employee retention: To reduce the talent churn at entry level

1.9 Drive Recruitment, Selection and Induction processes of the employees to fill up the vacancies caused due to expansion, resignation, termination and transfer and ensure that the best people are inducted for the best jobs.

1.10      Ensure adherence to Performance Management Process at the site with a view to enhance the individual efficiencies for overall site growth and strengthening the high-performance culture.

1.11      Implement Organizational Development and Culture interventions at the site to enhance the efficiencies, increase the job-satisfaction and improve the retention of employees.

1.12          Drive the employee engagement agenda at site.

1.13          Design, establish and review the communication framework which includes open house, pulse and skip meetings.

1.14      Ensure Statutory compliance and social audit preparedness.

1.15      Review HR MIS and take appropriate decisions.


Qualifications

Education Qualification- Graduate and MBA in HR / MSW / MPM

Minimum Experience Required - Minimum 5 Years of recent work experience in various areas of HR function like  Business HR, Talent management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance & Training and development
