Role Description - Finance Planner

Reporting to - Team Lead Planning

Location - Hyderabad

No. of position - 1

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and analyzing financial performance, managing budgeting processes, and leading digital finance projects. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems, P&L as well as the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Current Business Performance:

   • Financial Reporting (MIS) and Latest Estimates (LE)
   • Driving Monthly Sales Flash and SnT exercise 
   • Preparing API External P&L, Full loaded P&L (i.e. including captive) and Regional P&Ls
   • Conduct LE reviews and Quarterly ARs
   • Analyze order booking and backorders
   • Generate ad-hoc financial reports as needed

2. Future Business Performance:

   • Participating in annual budgeting and Strat plan exercise
   • Conduct peer analysis to benchmark financial performance

3. Processes, Systems, and Compliance:

   • Manage monthly Dcube/ Ask Mi sales and P&Ls (API External and Fully Loaded)
   • Develop and maintain performance dashboards
   • Update LE in Kinaxis (IBP) and BPC

4. Digital Initiatives:

   • Lead digital finance projects for API and corporate initiatives
   • Oversee other FT projects

5. People and Organization Capabilities:

   • Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end financial processes and critical elements of P&L including RMC, COPE etc.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of experience
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Basic knowledge of Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
