Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Partner in Talent Management team for managing talent acquisition process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and ensuring the organization attracts and selects the right candidates. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and delivering positive candidate experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for collating data on resource and talent gaps, analysing turnover, retention, new hires, productivity, and capability to produce reliable management information. Using this data to advise on the right choices to fill resourcing needs.
• You will be responsible for conducting external talent identification exercises, testing the market for available talent proficiency levels, and determining effective sourcing strategies.
• You will be responsible for collaborating with managers to ensure clear articulation of role details and positioning roles appropriately with candidates.
• You will be responsible for identifying and building a proactive pool of qualified candidates through active and passive recruiting. Leveraging and expanding networks on social media. Maximizing self-sourcing efforts through portals and LinkedIn recruiter, reducing dependency on vendors. Supporting the organization's diversity initiatives.
• You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to predefined Quality of Hire parameters while sourcing candidates. Leveraging consultants and all available sources to efficiently fill open positions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the closure of managerial positions by the internal pool of talents. Communicating hiring progress to business leaders consistently and meeting the demand for MIS from the business. Working on Recruitment MIS, generating insights and analyses to drive efficiency and quality in the recruitment process.
• You will be responsible for deciding and negotiating salaries within parity, arriving at a "win-win" proposition. Adhering to recruitment processes and policies defined by the organization, ensuring the completion of hiring and generating appointment letters through the portals.
• You will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources. Participating in business review meetings to understand dynamics and challenges. Analysing HR-related data to derive key insights on recruitment and driving special projects to improve process efficiency.
Educational qualification: MBA/bachelor’s degree in management (Preferably Human Resources Management)
Minimum work Experience: 6+plus years of HR experience, primarily in Recruitment.
