Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager-API, for project management, complex programs management, communications management, providing support for PDC/Budgets/CAPEX, and participation in organizational initiatives. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of NP filings, WIP milestones, and complex programs within committed timelines. This role involves coordination with key stakeholders, conducting workshops, managing communications, and actively participating in organizational initiatives to drive successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for delivering New Product (NP) filings and Work in Progress (WIP) milestones as committed for the fiscal year. Prepare project plans, ensure material availability, and coordinate with key stakeholders for timely project execution, tracking from order to delivery.
• You will be responsible for conducting workshops and reviews to align moving parts in complex programs. Provide early warning signals to top management on potential slippages, prepare action plans, and track progress to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• You will be responsible for conducting structured meetings, reviews, and circulate communications to achieve successful outcomes from senior management. Publish Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), information bulletins, and pre-reads for effective decision-making and project delivery.
• You will be responsible for driving daily and weekly execution calls with FTO (Formulation Technology Operations), ensuring alignment among different teams for trials, CB, and EBs. Bridge communication gaps between cross-functional teams to ensure timely executions at FTO.
• You will be responsible for periodical reviews and align PDCs with HPTs and Finance to emphasize overall cost competitiveness while meeting committed milestones.
• You will be responsible for participating in key initiatives recommended by the business unit heads to support the organization in successfully implementing initiatives such as safety, global engagement survey action items, and analytics.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum work experience: 7-10 years of experience

Technical Skills
• Proven experience or certified in project management within the Pharma industry.
• Experience/ Knowledge in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Experience in delivery projects of New products.
