Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Rewards Specialist for delivering and managing end to end compensation programs. Your responsibilities include planning and executing compensation programs in the company directly with the managers and business users, in partnership with the business HR to ensure a smooth and timely process execution across our countries of operation.

" Roles & Responsibilities

Annual Increments & Compensation Cycles

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of annual salary review and increment cycles, including planning, budgeting, system readiness, and communication.
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to make informed recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and market corrections.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment of compensation decisions with performance outcomes and budget constraints.

Compensation Benchmarking & Market Analysis

  • Participate in global compensation surveys and analyze results to assess the company’s market competitiveness.
  • Maintain salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on new hire offers, internal mobility, and retention strategies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to address compensation-related queries and challenges.
  • Educate stakeholders on compensation philosophy, policies, and tools to drive transparency and consistency.

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Work with HR Systems to implement integrations and enhancements that support compensation and benefits processes.
  • Conduct regular audits on compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the speed and quality of rewards delivery.

Qualifications

Educational qualification

Post Graduation in Management/MBA in Human Resource

Minimum work Experience

5-8 years of experience on in compensation, with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.

Skills & attributes

Technical Skills

  • Should have managed Rewards for a region/country independently.
  • Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with key HR and business leaders.
  • Experience in Talent Management project management, budget management, Stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Understanding of business drivers, levers and metrics and demonstrated understanding of organizational mechanics, and influence.

Behavioural Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive Leadership skills, attention to detail and Big-Picture thinking:
