Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance by coordinating production, maintaining safety and quality standards, overseeing audits, and managing training schedules effectively.
Production Planning & Material management
- Co-ordinate with the supply chain management team for finalising the monthly manufacturing plan and ensuring the execution.
- Ensure availibility of raw material as per the production requirement
- Monitoring inventory for raw & finished goods
- To coordinate with the R&D team for planning and execution of the Exhibit batches
- To ensure process lead time and product yield are as per requirement
- Scheduling and execution of batches as per requirement.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to the company's safety norms, policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the SOP's and other laid down procedures of production
- Coordinate with third party audits like Finance audits, stock audits, external consultants, and SOX compliance
- Review instructions (OI, SCO, SOP) relating to production and warehouse operations and to ensure their compliance.
Quality Compliance oversight
- To review /approve related quality notifications (Incident, CAPA, CRN) ensure closure of the same.
- Review market complaints in coordination with the quality assurance team and take required corrective and preventive actions
- To review the validation, qualification documents and all related reports as per requirements.
Process Monitoring & Improvement
- Ensure manufacturing area environment and water quality test results are within limits as per requirement
- Monitoring of compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Participate and review risk assessment
- Participate in self-inspection audit team as per schedule
- Coordinate with engineering team to reduce production break down time and ensure proper rectification of the problem occurred.
People Management & Capability Building
- Retain top talent, Responsibile for Performance evaluation of all teams, Manpower Planning as per requirement
- Be the custodian of the people processes
- To asses the technical, on the job, SOP and behavioural training needs of the personnel and ensuring the implementation of the training schedule
