Job Description

As “Team member GMO planning” you will build & maintain strong relationships with the front-end markets & manufacturing plants.  

This role provides a dual opportunity to learn about the business/market’s developments along with the understanding of the global manufacturing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Active business partnering  

  • Connect with the Markets to understand the business (sales/TpT) and linking back to plant performance.  

  • Publish Monthly Plant P&L along with the Insights on Plant Profitability for assigned Vertical (CTO/FTO)  

  • Analyse Plants financial KPI like Opex, COPE, Savings and provide the insights 

  • Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management 

  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting the financial data 

  • Drive the key initiatives along with Plants finance heads to achieve the committed targets (OE/TVC savings)  

  • Support the Annual Budgeting and forecasting Process 

  • Release AR's on Operating Expenditure to auditors 

  • Analytical support for various review meetings (Gross Margin analysis and Monthly Review Meetings with business teams) 

  • Adhoc analysis depending on business requirement. 

  • Drive profit maximization opportunities.  

  • Drive Analytical projects (for e.g., reduction of NRV hits - analyse negative/low gross margin products and compare with future visibility of the cogs) 

  • Drive Profit/Cost improvement plans 

  • Drive standardization and simplification of the process 

  • Support in the automation/Digitalization journey 

  • Identify the areas where automation is possible and develop dashboards to enable faster decision making.

CA with 3-6 Years of experience
