We are seeking a talented and analytical Associate Strategy & Management Systems to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and management systems to drive organizational efficiency and growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
• Assist in the design and implementation of management systems to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct data analysis and create insightful reports to support decision-making processes
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support the evaluation and selection of management tools and technologies
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on strategy and management system initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, analysis techniques, and management systems implementation
• Excellent data analysis, visualization, and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and industry trends
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
