Role Summary: As the OCM Lead, you will spearhead omnichannel marketing (OCM) initiatives across Acute 2, Chronic Clusters while also leading content strategy for the DocVidya platform. This role demands a balance of digital content oversight, marketing automation expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and project management—ensuring seamless content delivery and system transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic OCM Management
- Design, optimize, and execute OCM strategies for assigned brands.
- Lead monthly content testing, approval, and orchestration workflows.
- Serve as point of contact for medical news content procurement and approvals.
2. Content Leadership for DocVidya
- Manage webinar, video, microsite, and landing page content ideation through final approval.
- Guide promotional campaign strategies across SFMC, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and third-party channels.
- Standardize content creation protocols and coach brand teams and agencies on DocVidya publishing SOPs.
3. Marketing Automation & CRM Transformation
- Create Journeys on SFMC.
- Drive taxonomy, segmentation, user journey design, and performance metrics for campaigns across multiple brands.
- Build and manage a scalable content pipeline to meet channel capacity goals.
4. CMS & LMRC System Management
- Act as Marketing SPOC for CMS - Bynder.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address LMRC system issues.
- Lead UAT testing, pilot training, and feedback resolution with internal teams and agency partners.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Finalize and oversee agency partnerships including MSA, SOW, and PO workflows with key vendors.
- Collaborate with brand and medical teams to ensure timely content rollout.
- Accountable for Digital CME escalations and share weekly status reports with brand teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)and content management systems like Bynder
- Proven ability to manage complex content workflows and digital marketing strategies
- Sharp project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of pharma compliance and medical content development processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Level: 7–10 years (preferably in healthcare/pharmaceuticals)
Experience in Digital marketing / Omnichannel communications will be an added benefit
