Tech, Automations:
SAP & Applications:
- Manage SAP Core HR processes like Personnel Administration, Leave, and Time Management.
- Understand HR business requirements, document them, and work closely with the functional team to finalize configurations with the Tech team.
- Maintain and support existing SAP applications.
- Provide end-to-end support for Time Management applications (such as BIPO, ATOS) as a Super Admin
RPA:
- Utilize robotic process automation to manage HR processes using bots.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR.
- Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
- Monitor and maintain bots to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
- Document RPA processes and maintain records of bot configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
Project Management: Independently manage and drive automation projects and current existing projects.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, B. Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR systems, with expertise in SAP HR and automation (RPA).
- Strong commitment to managing and delivering projects with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills:
- SAP HR Expertise:
- Proficient in SAP HR modules (Personnel Administration, Leave, Time Management).
- Understanding of SAP HR configurations and functionality.
- Experience in maintaining and supporting SAP applications.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
- Knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
- Ability to design and manage bots for automating HR processes.
