Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1.    Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's values and goals.
2.    Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other stakeholders to promote DEI initiatives throughout the organization.
3.    Assess the company's current DEI landscape and identify areas for improvement.
4.    Develop and deliver training and development programs to educate employees on DEI best practices.
5.    Work with HR to ensure that all hiring, promotion, and performance management practices are inclusive and bias-free.
6.    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
7.    Serve as a subject matter expert on DEI issues and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
8.    Build and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to support the company's DEI initiatives.
9.    Ensure that all communication and marketing materials align with the company's DEI values and goals.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
1.    Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field. 
2.    At least 5 years of experience in DEI or related field.
3.    Strong knowledge of DEI best practices, trends, and issues.
4.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5.    Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies and programs.
6.    Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with internal and external partners.
7.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
8.    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9.    Proficient in Microsoft Office and DEI-related software and tools.
