Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and digitally savvy Brand Manager for Women’s Wellness - someone who believes women’s health deserves bold ideas, empathetic solutions, and culturally relevant storytelling.

In this role, you’ll shape and scale a portfolio of women’s wellness brands with a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and entrepreneurial energy. You’ll lead brand strategy, accelerate digital growth, inspire product innovation, and champion the health needs of women.

This is an opportunity to create branded solutions that make a difference, and to do it within a fast-moving consumer health team that values curiosity, courage and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Own the long‑term brand vision and build a clear roadmap for sustainable growth in the women’s wellness category
  • Analyze market trends, competitive shifts, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities, unmet needs, and whitespace for innovation
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen brand equity and expand market share

Performance & Financial Ownership

  • Lead brand P&L responsibilities, tracking KPIs and driving strategies to optimize revenue, margins, and ROI
  • Identify performance gaps and quickly activate solutions that improve profitability within highly competitive OTC segments

Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Build and manage high-impact digital campaigns across paid social, SEM, affiliate, programmatic, email/SMS, SEO, and owned website channels
  • Optimize investments to maximize performance on Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop data‑driven strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention

Brand Building & Creative Development

  • Craft compelling brand narratives and product messaging rooted in empathy, insight, and authenticity
  • Ensure consistency of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints—website, packaging, digital content, social media, retail, and more
  • Guide the creation of dynamic content that grows reach, deepens loyalty, and differentiates our brands

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with agency teams, creative partners, and internal experts to deliver best‑in‑class marketing programs
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all communications meet compliance standards and approval timelines

 


Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience with consumer brands, ideally in Amazon, DTC, or retail marketplaces
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution—someone who can zoom out, zoom in, and deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills; comfortable juggling priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare/beauty, DTC, ecommerce, or agency environments is a plus

 


Additional Information

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future.

Dr.Reddy's Laboratories offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined on the basis of role, experience, skill set and location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan and leave benefits.
