Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end management of the new product selection to launch process, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support IH and ILOS product management by tracking budgets, timelines, and target product profiles (TPP) to maintain project integrity.
- Monitor development milestones such as scale-up and validation batch manufacturing, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Facilitate communication between R&D, marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on product availability timelines and sales performance of new pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory guidelines during product development and launch phases.
- Support audits and documentation required for regulatory submissions, approvals, and internal reviews.
- Provide data-driven insights and workflow optimization recommendations to enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Graduation: Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field is mandatory.
Minimum Work Experience: 5+ / 7+ years of experience.
