Job Description

Job Summary: Lead the execution and governance of recurring business processes (with a strong emphasis on performance management, not limited to performance and also encompassing broader operational priorities) with a strong focus on timeliness, data-led decision-making, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for designing tracking frameworks, spearheading stakeholder alignment, and ensuring seamless delivery across all milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead End-to-End Cycle Execution Own and lead all phases of the process lifecycle—from launch to closure—ensuring consistent adherence to organizational calendars and timelines.
  • Design and Enhance Visibility Tools Build and continuously refine dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to provide real-time insight into process health, compliance, and engagement metrics.
  • Lead Compliance Monitoring and Resolution Track completion rates, identify lagging areas, and partner with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and drive timely closures.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate with cross-functional leads, P&O partners, or business owners to ensure aligned execution and consistent application of process expectations.
  • Partner on Workflow Optimization Collaborate with tech or vendor teams to improve system efficiency, validate data integrity, and implement enhancements.
  • Deliver Process Enablement and Communication Lead the creation of process guides, enablement resources, and stakeholder communications to reinforce readiness and clarity.
  • Analyze Data for Strategic Insights Interpret operational data and feedback to generate actionable insights for leadership reviews and process evolution.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Recommend and help implement enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and elevate user experience.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: An MBA in Human Resources from a premier institute

Minimum work experience: 6-8 years of work experience of managing any cyclic HR processes

Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is expected. Knowledge of Analytical tools, Power Apps would be an advantage
  • Experience in collaborating with business leaders and driving strategic talent initiatives. 

Behavioural skills

  • Strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven consultative approach and project management skills.
  • High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally.
  • Capable of designing and implementing HR solutions tailored to meet business needs
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and act even without complete direction.
  • Detail-orientation 
  • Continuous improvement mindset - curious, proactive, and driven to evolve the user experience
