How did your journey with Dr. Reddy's begin?

I interned with Dr. Reddy's over the summer during the MBA program at IIM Mumbai (Previously known as NITIE) and was awarded a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) into the Young Leader's Program.

How would you describe your personal and professional development?

As a fresher with no prior experience, I was quite nervous and overwhelmed in the beginning, but I had the best mentors and alumni to reach out for mentorship.

What is it about Dr. Reddy's that has made you stay here for so long?

The amount of learning on new projects and areas, room for experimentation coupled with a great team to work with is what encourages me to bring my best self to work.

What is the best career advice you have been given?

I have always received great advice from the leaders but the best one would be to focus equal parts on communication and operational excellence in any outcome-based initiative we work on.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

To perhaps be more cognizant of developing and perfecting a social skillset early on
