Job Summary
- Review and approval of Qualification protocols and reports with respect to the Quality Control.
- Ensuring cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and required Standard Operating Procedures are followed during manufacturing and testing.
- Review and approval of analytical reports of Raw materials, In-process, Finished product, Stability study, water and Hold Time study reports.
- Initiation, evaluation, review and close out of change controls.
- Support to Investigation, root cause analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action for all type of notifications
- To perform specification, check and release of RM/PM/IP/FP/MICRO / water in SAP and LIMS.
- Perform periodic / random review of lab documents to verify compliance with relevant SOP’s.
- Monitor and ensure cGLP (current Good Laboratory Practices) in Quality control and Micro Lab and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- To participate and support continuous improvement projects.
- To review and close out of investigations arising from incidents, out of specifications, out of trends, system failures, market complaints to identify the root cause and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions
Educational qualification: M.Sc.
Minimum work experience: 5-7 years of experience in, Quality control analysis or review of QC related documents
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• All analytical instrument related activity.
• Good knowledge of Labware LIMS, Empower, Review of audit trails.
• Ability to review monthly audit rail, and experience in handling Out-of-Specification (OOS) incidents.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques used in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of electronic data management in line with 21 CFR Part 11.
• Skill in conducting and managing investigations related to QC
• Understanding and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
Behavioural skills
• Strong communication skills for liaising with SCM, Cross-Functional Teams, and addressing queries.
• Analytical thinking for assessing vendor qualification documents and audit reports.
