Job summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to execute experiments for process and device optimization of various biologic molecules. The role involves planning and conducting experiments, analysing results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Execute assigned projects in the Formulation and Drug Product Development (FDPD) function, including process and device optimization experiments.
2. Develop and implement suitable methods for characterization of pipeline molecules, supporting container closure selection and process characterization.
3. Analyse experimental results, prepare technical reports and presentations for functional review.
4. Assist in data acquisition, processing, and compilation, including drafting study protocols and method development reports.
5. Maintain proper records and documentation of all work conducted, ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Quality Management Systems.
6. Support additional FDPD team assignments as required by Team Lead or Functional Head.

Educational qualification:

• A Master's degree in Science (Biochemistry or Biotechnology) or B.Tech (Mechanical/Biotechnology) is required.

Minimum work experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of process and device functionality.
• Familiarity and some previous hands-on experience with medical device testing, especially UTM handling.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
