Team Member - QC (Instrumentation /Analytical Engineer )

1.1. To perform the preventive and breakdown maintenance of analytical equipment.

1.2. To ensure that all the QC lab analytical equipment / instruments are updated in SAP.

1.3. To update the preventive maintenance plan whenever addition of instruments or to matchhe calibration schedule.

1.4. To prepare the task lists for all analytical equipment and update them in SAP.

1.5. To perform the preventive maintenance as per the PM schedule.

1.6. To make sure of closing the generated PM orders in SAP after performing the PM.

1.7. generate thebreakdown maintenance notification or order based on the breakdown request received.

1.8. To ensure that the instruments / equipment are used with utmost care and as instructed in the relevant SOP.

1.9. To close the breakdown notification or order of the instrument /equipment after the Completion of breakdown maintenance.

1.10. Responsible for the maintaining of required spares for all instruments in warehouse.

1.11. To get the quotations for the required spares for the maintenance of the instruments.

1.12. To generate the purchase requisitions for the required spares.

1.13. To get the controlled copies for master PM list, task lists and SOP.

1.14. To maintain all the PM and Break down Prints.

1.15. To raise the change controls as when required.

1.16. Any other responsibility assigned by Head QC.

1.17. To raise the Gate passes as and when required.

1.18. To ensure the safety measures while operating in Lab.

BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Instrumentation engineering
