Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of the organizational vision, purpose, and strategic requirements. Stay attuned to the organizational culture, norms, and key influencers, while remaining cognizant of external factors impacting organizational performance.
  • Actively participate in workforce planning and budgeting exercises, emphasizing productivity and optimizing manpower. Facilitate the alignment of organizational design with business strategy, identifying and addressing process gaps.
  • Conduct talent reviews, competency assessments, and individual development planning. Support the creation of a robust talent pipeline through career and succession planning, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with organizational needs. Promote diversity within the workforce.
  • Lead the annual performance management process, adding value and ensuring governance. Foster a performance culture through goal setting, continuous feedback, and consequence management. Coach and enable managers in the performance process.
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes aligned with business requirements. Implement annual compensation processes to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners. Facilitate a smooth transition and orientation for employees at different locations.
  • Engage with leadership and manage stakeholder expectations. Proactively address employee grievances and concerns. Foster transparent and open communication to support the desired organizational culture.
  • Manage relations with external agencies and federations. Educate managers on labor laws, promoting a meritocratic work culture.
  • Prepare periodic HR MIS reports and analysis for customer groups. Conduct HR analytics to identify retention strategies and address underlying challenges.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

MBA/Master's degree in Management from a premium Institute (Preferably Human Resources Management)

Minimum Work Experience:

5-10 years of experience

Skills & Attributes: Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Employee Relations and external management, Employee Engagement and Communication, New Hire Induction & Orientation
  • Experience in Business Partnering, Performance Management System.
  • Retention Strategies, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Behavioral Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative Skill sets and result-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
