- Ensuring current SOPs are available for all process development activities and all personnel are trained on concerned SOPs.
- Ensuring safety guidelines are following for all process development activities and all personnel are trained on concerned guidelines.
- Technical support for OOS/OOT/ complaints and Incidents investigations by conducting experiments in Lab.
- Support for technology absorption of new products and completing trial and validation in plant.
- Support continuous process and cost improvement programs.
- Extend technical support for complaint investigation, regulatory queries and deficiencies.
- Support for new vendor evaluation activities.
- Extend Technical support during product launch and scale up of existing products.
- Extend Technical support to What-If-studies and develop reprocess procedure
