• Ensuring current SOPs are available for all process development activities and all personnel are trained on concerned SOPs.
• Ensuring safety guidelines are following for all process development activities and all personnel are trained on concerned guidelines.
• Technical support for OOS/OOT/ complaints and Incidents investigations by conducting experiments in Lab.
• Support for technology absorption of new products and completing trial and validation in plant.
• Support continuous process and cost improvement programs.
• Extend technical support for complaint investigation, regulatory queries and deficiencies.
• Support for new vendor evaluation activities.
• Extend Technical support during product launch and scale up of existing products.
• Extend Technical support to What-If-studies and develop reprocess procedure

M Sc Organic chemistry

Having 2 to 5 yrs experience in synthetic R & D.
