Job Description

Job Summary 

We are seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Intern. The internship will provide exposure to support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all documentation meets the stringent regulatory and quality standards within the pharmaceutical industry. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will become an integral part of a Quality Assurance Team. 

Our Summer Internship Program runs from June 2025 to August 2025 and is designed for Rising Seniors graduating in Spring 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality team in developing, maintaining, tracking and presenting key metrics for continuous improvements.
  • Support Quality for document database management.
  • Batch release related document review and batch tracking to support the business by ensuring compliance in line with DRL SOPs and FDA regulations and timeliness of product dispositions.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for QA meetings, training sessions, and documentation review cycles.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote required).

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science or equivalent.

Minimum work experience: *This is an entry-level position

Skills & attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills; strong attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with strong initiative.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.    

  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.    

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
