• In-depth understanding of Machines Control systems and Project/Automation Requirements in Manufacturing Industry /OEM/Systems Integration in Pharma industry and handling Sterile & OSD Packing line projects.
• Should Possess very good knowledge on different types of Control systems, types of controllers (PLC/HMI), Configurations and communication methods. Should have practical knowledge in Handling AGVs/AMRs, Robots & Cobots in projects.
• Knowledge on Packing Equipment for OSD and sterile plants with Track and Trace systems handling required. Terminal Sterilizers, Vial/Cartridge inspection, Labelling, Cartonator, Casepacker and Palletizer Experience is must.
• Should possess adequate knowledge on Equipment selection, Vendor selection, Project management, URS, Scope & Costing, Technical evaluation and coordinating with CFT for Project Execution, Qualification and handover formalities as per the Project plan.
• Handling various HMI/IPCs and machine application for data communication (OPC) for L2 integration for MES is required.
• Good knowledge on 21 CFR Part 11,  IT Infrastructure required for the Automation projects is a must. Should possess knowledge on current industry trends like Internet of Things( IOT) and Industry 4.0. Understanding of consultants & vendor and coordinating for our project requirements.

Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma

Experience: 8–12 years in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation & Controls, PLC/SCADA, System Integration, Process Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations
