Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and self motivated team member for Packaging Development. Your role involves new launch and lifecycle management of Injectable products. Also the role demands execution of projects driven by packaging development.
Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves managing new product launches and lifecycle management across all markets. Key responsibilities include:
Core area:
- Maintain Design History File for combination products for its lifecycle management.
- Prepare Design History File for site transfer of combination products.
- Get involved in design verification phase of combination product development and contribute.
- Handle market complaints and create investigation report to find out root cause and appropriate CAPA.
- Create awareness of combination product requirement across cross functional team.
- Create process to streamline the activities related to combination product development.
- Get involved in designing of assembly line and packing lines and contribute to design the machine.
- Contribute in threshold analysis during site transfer of products.
- Productivity Improvement: Lead productivity improvement projects within the plant.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Monitor and control QMS-related goals for the plant.
- Technical Support: Provide technical input for generating keyline drawings of printed packaging components.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for artwork creation across different markets.
- Change Control Process: Understand and manage the change control process, including raising notifications in SAP and following up for approval.
- SDP & Cost Saving Projects: Execute SDP-related projects and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Attend to and resolve issues in the production area.
Educational qualification: Post-Graduation in Packaging Technology or equivalent, Experience in device development and combination product design history file will be preferred.
Minimum work experience: 3-8 years of experience in device development
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of technical aspect of primary packaging material and their basic application.
- Basic understanding of selection process of primary packaging material for different dosage form.
- Basic technical knowledge on vials and PFS related primary packaging components.
- Technical understanding of secondary/tertiary packaging material and their basic application.
Behavioural Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective planning and high level of performance orientation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.
