We are looking for a candidate to oversee cartridge Filling operations, managing equipment, process validation, handling change controls, deviations, incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory audits. Responsibilities include creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), providing training, and applying expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for handling line operations, specifically manufacturing activities like cartridge washing, tunnel and cartridge filling operations (Syntegon and Bausch Strobel)

• You will be responsible for handling the Steam Sterilizer.

• You will evaluate change controls, deviation, and incident and risk management.

• You will prepare the production process SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• You will apply knowledge of Lean, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and similar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Educational qualification: A Diploma/B.Tech/BPharm

Minimum work experience: 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, with a focus on batch manufacturing, and process validation filling of Formulation.

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills

• Expertise in line operations, especially in manufacturing activities like CIP, SIP, and Filling activity of cartridge filling machine.

• Knowledge on activities (Operation, cleaning, monitoring and maintenance) for General injectable areas Compounding, Component preparation, Autoclave and Filling,/ Accessories / Accessories/ Instruments associated with Filling activity and related documents by manually or MES/PAS X

• Knowledge for evaluation of change control, deviation, incident and risk management.

• Experience in preparing production process SOPs and batch records.

• Understanding and application of Lean, OEE, and similar KPIs.

• Hands-on experience in regulatory audits, particularly with agencies like the US FDA.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
• Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
