Onboarding Experience Partner - End-to-End Onboarding & Day 1 Experience
We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional to serve as the single point of contact for candidates throughout their onboarding journey, from Interview Selection to successful Day 1 Onboarding and Reporting.
The role is responsible for managing the complete candidate onboarding lifecycle, including candidate engagement, offer acceptance support, onboarding coordination, Background Verification , Pre-Medical management, Joining & Relocation, Day 1 induction readiness, compliance governance, and employee experience management to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Onboarding Ownership
- Own the complete onboarding lifecycle from interview selection to Day 1 reporting.
- Serve as the dedicated SPOC for candidates throughout their onboarding journey.
- Proactively engage with candidates to drive readiness, confidence, and joining commitment.
- Ensure timely completion of all onboarding milestones and compliance requirements.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and provide personalized support.
- Drive a best-in-class onboarding experience that strengthens employer brand perception.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact candidate joining.
- Support offer acceptance, relocation, joining formalities, and pre-joining queries.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Manage Background Verification , Pre-Medical, documentation, and onboarding compliance processes.
- Track onboarding readiness and maintain governance dashboards and trackers.
- Monitor onboarding SLAs and ensure timely closure of activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and escalations.
Day 1 Experience Management
- Ensure complete Day 1 readiness, including system access, assets, workspace, and induction arrangements.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person Day 1 induction programs.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and drive timely resolution.
- Deliver a smooth and memorable first-day employee experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, IT, Facilities, Security, Payroll, Finance, Admin, Vendors, and Business Leaders.
- Provide onboarding insights, updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Influence decisions and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation and experience enhancement opportunities.
- Analyze onboarding metrics and trends to improve candidate conversion and onboarding effectiveness.
- Contribute to transformation and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, Onboarding, Talent Operations, or Candidate Lifecycle Management.
