Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Team Member for our Environment & Compliance department in Pydibimavaram, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to monitor, assess, and enhance our environmental and compliance practices while maintaining meticulous documentation and staying current with evolving regulations.

  • Monitor organizational activities and operations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and internal policies
  • Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Analyze environmental data and prepare compliance reports for management review
  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems and procedures
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and respond to compliance inquiries and requests
  • Participate in environmental initiatives and sustainability projects
  • Stay informed of changes in environmental legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in training team members on compliance procedures and environmental best practices
  • Document and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in compliance management, environmental management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and address compliance issues
  • Familiarity with environmental management systems (ISO 14001 preferred)
  • Experience with audit processes and procedures (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Indian environmental regulations and local compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools
