We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Team Member for our Environment & Compliance department in Pydibimavaram, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to monitor, assess, and enhance our environmental and compliance practices while maintaining meticulous documentation and staying current with evolving regulations.
- Monitor organizational activities and operations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation, records, and filing systems
- Analyze environmental data and prepare compliance reports for management review
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
- Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems and procedures
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and respond to compliance inquiries and requests
- Participate in environmental initiatives and sustainability projects
- Stay informed of changes in environmental legislation and regulatory requirements
- Assist in training team members on compliance procedures and environmental best practices
- Document and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in compliance management, environmental management, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and address compliance issues
- Familiarity with environmental management systems (ISO 14001 preferred)
- Experience with audit processes and procedures (preferred)
- Knowledge of Indian environmental regulations and local compliance requirements (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools
