Team Member - Engineering HVAC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Member - Engineering HVAC to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work collaboratively with experienced engineers and technicians to deliver efficient solutions for our clients' climate control needs.

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions using analytical problem-solving skills
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system documentation accurately
• Conduct routine testing and calibration of HVAC components and controls
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in organized records
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Assist in training and supporting junior team members
• Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely manner

• Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to HVAC equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and system schematics
• Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: HVAC certification or formal technical training
• Preferred: Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems
• Preferred: Background in preventive maintenance programs
• Preferred: Experience with CAD software or technical documentation systems
