Project Execution Planning and Coordination
- Develop detailed project execution plans for assigned projects, including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders, such as operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of project objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that project execution plans comply with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' engineering standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Project Monitoring and Control
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify any deviations from the project plan.
- Develop and implement project control measures to track and manage project costs, schedules, and resources.
- Prepare regular project status reports for the Head of Project Execution and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
- Implement change management procedures to manage project scope changes and ensure that changes are properly documented and approved.
Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, schedule, and cost risks.
- Develop and implement risk response plans and contingency measures to minimize the impact of potential risks.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and problems, escalating complex issues to the Head of Project Execution as needed.
- Ensure that lessons learned from project execution are documented and shared to improve future projects.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure that project activities are performed in accordance with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to project execution.
- Participate in project audits and reviews to verify compliance with quality requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum work experience- 12-15 Years of Experience in Project Engineering
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• Proven experience in project management and engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Knowledge of safety risk assessment/ Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study
• Experience with project qualification procedures and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

• Proactive leader and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
