Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for organizing and conducting events, arriving and executing messages, developing an agency brief, liaising with the agency, and developing collaterals (e.g., brochures, fact sheets).
• You will design and execute corporate media plans based on input from various stakeholders and as per the needs of the business.
• Your responsibilities include continuously engaging with the media fraternity, responding to media queries, positioning senior management with the media, drafting press publications, managing crises, organizing media events, and managing relationships with PR (Public Relations) agencies.
• You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing communication plans and managing relationships with advertising agencies.
• You will provide content and structure support for online platforms and provide support to Internal communication platforms to facilitate the cascading of messages pertaining to the company, events, or initiatives.

Educational Qualification

An MA in Communications or MBA in Marketing

Minimum Work Experience

6-7 years of experience with 2-4 years in media relations and marketing communications

Skills & Attributes Technical Skills

• Knowledge of communication strategies, principles, and best practices.
• Understanding of macroeconomic factors, industry trends, and business dynamics that impact communication strategies and initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern communication technologies, platforms, and tools used for internal and external communication purposes.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools, social media platforms, digital communication channels, etc.
• Proficiency in design software applications used for creating visual content, graphics, presentations, and other communication materials.

Behavioural Skills

• Proficient in managing projects, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and within deadlines.
• Capable of actively listening to others' perspectives and influencing decisions through effective communication.
• Skilled in managing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to achieve common goals and foster collaboration.
